I also found sparkpeople.com and they have some great recipes to try. Breakfast is always hard for me and they have a ton of great ones for me to try. I gained about <BR/>.8 of a pound. The main culprit was the church retreat I was on for the weekend at which there was a long table FULL of junk food. The meals provided weren't that great which meant a lot of grazing.
