I am so excited to share some fun BLOG CANDY with you today! Kate over at i {heart} papers has graciously given all of her design team members some candy to give away, and it's my turn! Woot! Here's the loot (hey, that rhymed...):
You will win Inkadinkado's Christmas Characters stamp set, a bottle of Christmas Red Stickles, and three yards of this super cool metallic silver string. And just think, if you win, you can make super cute Christmas cards like this:
I used the silver string over white organdy on the top and bottom boxes, and the santa stamp from the set. Here is a close-up of "ho ho" (as my two year old would say):
I'll be you didn't know Santa shopped at Tiffany's, did you? ;o) I also used this set on my Very Merry Christmas card that I posted a little over a week ago. I just love all of these images and sentiments, and I know you will too!
Today is also a CBC Challenge day. This week's challenge is chipboard. I had every intention of including a little chipboard on this card when I made it last night, but try as I might, I just couldn't find a good way to work it in. :*( Be sure to check out all of the other CBC Chick's blogs for great ideas of how to use chipboard though!

I don't think there's a Christmas movie that I don't love, but just to name some favorites: Santa Claus: the Movie, The Polar Express, Rudolph... and White Christmas.

I love A Christmas Story ("I like the Wizard of Oz"), but for sentimentality, I'd have to say Miracle on 34th Street, the original-original, not the 70's version or the newer one. And you *know* how much I like candy. ;)

There's no way I can choose just one favorite Christmas movie! I love them all, except for one...I can't stand The Christmas Story. And that's one of the few my dh likes! It's a Wonderful Life, Polar Express, Christmas Carol, and one that no one has probably even heard of...Mr. Kruggar's Christmas. Those are all right at the top of my list!

What a CUTE CUTE card!! As for picking a favorite movie, for me that would be the same as picking a favorite chocolate bar. THERE ARE TOO MANY CHOICES. LOL! I always watch White Christmas though. (Even when it isn't Christmas...hehe)
The carton version of The Grinch that Stole Christmas is my favorite. But I also love all those old cheesy Rudolph and Frosty cartoons.

Ok.. my favorite movie is Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. I guess it's been an all time favorite of mine, but most of the Christmas ones are so fun to watch over and over again. There are so many good ones.
My all time favotie is the original Miracle on 34th Street. I also love Heidi and think of that as a Christmas moving because of the snow and Clara and the snow globe accident :)

Great gifts! Love the sparkles on the Santa. My favorite movie is A Christmas Story. One year one of the channels was playing it for 24 hours straight and my sister and I watched most of it!
Did you have a boatload of visitors or what?!?! Easy for me. It's a wonderful life. I watch every year at least 6 or 7 times and I cry every time. My other favorite is Jack Frost with Michael Keaton.
