Ok, I got a little flack for saying Easter was the next holiday when I posted my last card. Seems I forgot about St. Patrick's Day. In my defense, I am neither Irish, nor Catholic, and I can't even indulge in green beer at the moment, so I'm going to pretend that one doesn't exist. *wink* It's easier than admitting I might have made a mistake. hee hee.
Here is a quick SNEEK PEEK (!!) of a new set from Sweet n' Sassy Stamps that is going to be released in March. The set is called Easter Lily, and yes, I know these flowers are traditionally white. I have not yet perfected the art of shading a white object, so I opted to go with more of a daffolily. HA! Hey, it could happen. Want to see more sneek peeks? Check out the recent round-up post on the SNSS blog. You can also see some cards made with their new line of digi-stamps.
Enjoy the day!

Thanks also for the book reviews...I love to read so it's nice to know what's good!!!
Love the card..... who cares you make the flower yellow.... make it spotted too if you want, that's the beauty of making it your own!
Your card is great and I love it. Can't wait to see the rest of the stamp set.

This is beautiful Sarah! Your flower looks great! Love the layout!
I absolutely LOVED for one more day! Probably one of my favorite books ever. I read it in a day too. I couldn't put it down. I read his other two also, but this one was my fav. Tuesdays with Morrie wasn't that great..I don't understand all the hype about it.
I didn't like Tuesdays either! Honestly I'm not sure I was ever able to finish it. I hate not finishing books so I started it again with the intent to finish it, but can't remember if I did. I think I read Five People, but can't remember. I'll have to check this one out. Thanks!
Ohhh, Sarah this is so, so pretty!! i adore the yellows and red and the texture you created with the torn paper! Simply stunning!! And I will have to look this book up! It sounds intersting!
Smiles,
janna
