Well, it's been four weeks... one month! How is everyone doing so far? I lost another 1.5 lbs this week. I seem to be slowing down some, but it's understandable because I've been slacking on the exercise and water lately. I need to be better about both. I did buy a new exercise video, but it's still not out of the envelope it was shipped in, so it's not doing much for me yet. LOL. :o)
I also have to share this comment that Sue left on last week's post:
I love it! So, this week I lost 6 cubes of butter. :o) Woot!
How about you?

I am doing pretty good. I am down 12 lbs for the year, that is A LOT of cubes of butter! I need to do more in the gym and get more water too. I also had a cupcake for DD's birthday. I figure after 23 hrs and 52 mins of labor with her, I worked hard for that cupcake. I am going to try a lot harder this week. I signed up to do the 3Day breast cancer walk as a pledge to myself so I am really going to have to step it up. Good luck to you!
Sarah, I think you have hit the perfect weekly loss. 1.5 lbs (3 cubes LOL)is just the right rate for keeping it off for the long haul! Good job!
I didn't post last week because I haven't been on the wagon. In fact, I'm pretty sure my foot is caught in a rope and I'm being dragged behind the wagon on a gravel road. BUT, I haven't gained anything. I am seriously considering Weight Watchers again. And other good news, my nephew is going to fix my treadmill this weekend, so no more excuses!
Not unusual. Hang in there. Swap oranges, apples, snap peas, carrots, low cal/carb protein shakes with berries mmmmmmm. The protein shakes make a huge diff. At least for me. Keeps the hunger and the cravings at bay. Also. 500 mg of chromium morning & night. Trust me.
