Happiness Always

Well, my Copics finally arrived a week or so ago and life was so crazy, it took me a day or two to even get them out of the box and another day or two before I was able to crack them open and use them. I haven't gotten any special ink pads for them yet, and didn't have the patience to heat set anything, so I pulled this image out of an envie I have of images that were stamped and never used. It was stamped with SU's Classic black ink, but it must have sat and dried long enough because the black didn't bleed at all with the markers. I have to be honest - I *heart* my Copics! I've already decided that I need (ha!) more colors. LOL. There will never be enough! Actually, I'm very happy with the assortment I chose. The only colors I really "need" are a pastel pink, a pastel green, and a true purple. Otherwise I'm set!

After the image was colored, I was piecing together colors underneath it and tried this new (to me!) color combo. I really think that little spash of Brilliant Blue makes the image pop, and it's so unexpected with the other colors. The sentiment is also SU's classic black, but it is stamped off on a different piece of paper so it looks more grey. The brads are silver IRL, though they look gold in the photo.

Details:
Stamps: Pregabella, Print Pattern BG
Paper: So Saffron, Brilliant Blue, Lavendar Lace, Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black, So Saffron
Other: White Signo Pen, Copics, Silver brads

Would you email me the colors you ordered? I can't for the life of me figure out which ones to order. Thanks!

Oh man, I love this card! Copics, copics, copics! Everyone needs to stop making me want these! :-) I REALLY like how you gave her arms!!! The anorexic arms are the ONLY thing I don't like about Bellas (and only if I stop to really think about it!)
