How is everyone doing this week? I'm sorry for my delay in posting. Every time I sat down to do this today, I was distracted by something else. Ugh. I've done pretty well this week, but once again am struggling with choices. I haven't always made the best choices in terms of food, so I'm beating myself up a little over that, but I guess it's all part of it. I lost 2.5 lbs this week, so I'm down 10 lbs total. That feels good, but I know I have a lot ahead of me yet (of the 28 I pledged, and then beyond).
I think I only exercised once this week, and even then it was only some crunches and push ups. Nothing significant. I need to break out my dvd's and get to work!
