Wednesday Weigh-In #3

How is everyone doing this week? I'm sorry for my delay in posting. Every time I sat down to do this today, I was distracted by something else. Ugh. I've done pretty well this week, but once again am struggling with choices. I haven't always made the best choices in terms of food, so I'm beating myself up a little over that, but I guess it's all part of it. I lost 2.5 lbs this week, so I'm down 10 lbs total. That feels good, but I know I have a lot ahead of me yet (of the 28 I pledged, and then beyond).

I think I only exercised once this week, and even then it was only some crunches and push ups. Nothing significant. I need to break out my dvd's and get to work!

So, how about you? How did you do?

2.5 lbs? Wow, I always think of my weight loss in cubes of butter LOL! That is 10 cubes girl! I lost 70 lbs through WW almost 19 years is always a struggle, but I have managed to keep most of it off over the years. Don't get discouraged on the weeks you may lose .25 lbs. That is still a cube of butter!

Congratulations! I am REALLY struggling this week. I think I have been emotionally eating! ACK!!!! Way to go on your weight loss.

I am so very proud of you! You go girl! So far, I have lost 6lbs. Yay! I am is hard when you have kids, and it's cold outside.

Pfffttt- this week was not so super. Ha! I really need to go to the store. My ability to make healthy choices is pretty much non-existent right now. :)

I think total for the year I am down 12 lbs. But as big as I am I can't even really see it. I did sign up for 24 hr fitness and I meet with my trainer at 8am on Saturday so I hope that will SLAP me into gear. I think I need to loose a total of 88 lbs to get to where I really want to be. So I am chugging along.
